Veteran’s Transition Resource Center (VTRC)
Our Mission ~ To be a beacon, for our Military, Veterans and their families around the world, to help navigate the challenging obstacles from military life back to civilian life. The Veterans Transition Resource Center is a collaborative partnership with Veterans Care Foundation, Go B Networks and Simpatico City Center, created to help fill the gap in Veteran Services.
The Veterans Transition Resource Center is a network of government, nonprofit agencies, military organizations, and for-profit businesses that will offer a one “START” shop for all components of the veteran community, including veterans, family members, active-duty personnel, reserves, members of the National Guard, employers, service providers and the community. The goal of the Veterans Transition Resource Center is to reach out to our military veterans, guard, and reserves and their families; to provide them with needed critical services through our collaborative community partners, and link them with government agencies who can support them. Our programs challenge veterans to learn new ways to overcome their obstacles in order to accomplish amazing goals. These challenges represent change that proves to each participant that they can overcome any obstacle. The Veterans Transition Resource Center is a Champion for all veterans.
